The new cohort begins :
Classes will be recorded.
You will learn how to identify and change unhealthy patterns in relationships so that you can heal and free yourself from repeated patterns.
Once the pattern is identified and cleared, you will practice being in the present moment so that you can feel safe and grounded, allowing you to move forward and make behavioral changes.
Once you are comfortable being in the present moment we will move on to manifestation.
You will learn about different techniques that will help you along the way and can be easily implemented into your daily life and as needed.
